managing medium sized condo and strata buildings with 150 units or less in Vancouver and BC’s lower mainland.

We offer 24 hour/ 7 days a week emergency contact and response for all Strata owners.

Here are some of the services we provide in our strata management package:

1. Collecting and recording all monthly strata fees and special levies.

2. Chasing down any late paying accounts. All funds collected are deposited into your Strata Corporation’s trust account.

3. Registering liens and issuing fines against delinquent owners where required.

6. Receiving and paying invoices on behalf of your Strata Corporation. We will be responsible if any invoices are paid late.
